Welcome To My Practice

My approach is designed to guide you toward a happier life, filled with clarity, resilience and connection. I get the most enjoyment out of working with young adults, college students, and individuals helping them navigate through life’s challenges.

I am a TEAM CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I received my training with the Feeling Good Institute.  I am a firm believer in practicing what I preach. Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness play an important role in my life. If you really learn CBT, you can talk yourself out of having a bad day.  I have a variety of evidence-based practices from which to draw upon.    

My goal is to help you to build up your coping skills and reliance that will benefit you through life long growth.  

Clients often come in to therapy for support with:


Anxiety and panic

Depression and low motivation 

Trauma, grief and loss, or PTSD

Relationship struggles and communication challenges 

Open marriage issues, traumas to the relationship 

Personal growth and life transitions,  self esteem, career changes, stress

LGBTQ + aligned 

Equine therapy for adults (coming soon) 

Walk and talk therapy (available on weekends)



Relationships

Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. We can look at relationships as a classroom to  learn more about ourselves and our partner. An important thing to remember, is that we never stop learning, relationships can push us into growing into the person that we want to become.  At times when we experience what we don’t want, it can give us clarity, and propel us towards what we do want.  I am here  help you  improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen your relationships. 

Stress Management

Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. I can help you learn practical strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.

Anxiety

If you're struggling with anxiety, I am here to help. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, that can help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms. I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs.

Depression

Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved.  I am here to help you overcome depression and develop a more positive outlook on life.

Trauma and Loss

All of us experience trauma and loss. A traumatic event can be big or small, but still carries the powerful weight that can cause anxiety and depression.  It is important  to seek help from a qualified therapist. My hope is to help guide you through your trauma and develop healthy coping skills.

In an effort to help as many people as possible, I have intentionally set my rates at a more affordable  cost per session  at $150 per session for those that do not have insurance.

I am currently accepting telehealth appointments on the weekends.

Individual session 45 minutes - $150
