My approach is designed to guide you toward a happier life, filled with clarity, resilience and connection. I get the most enjoyment out of working with young adults, college students, and individuals helping them navigate through life’s challenges.
I am a TEAM CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I received my training with the Feeling Good Institute. I am a firm believer in practicing what I preach. Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness play an important role in my life. If you really learn CBT, you can talk yourself out of having a bad day. I have a variety of evidence-based practices from which to draw upon.
My goal is to help you to build up your coping skills and reliance that will benefit you through life long growth.

An important thing to remember, is that we never stop learning, relationships can push us into growing into the person that we want to become. At times when we experience what we don’t want, it can give us clarity, and propel us towards what we do want. In an effort to help as many people as possible, I have intentionally set my rates at a more affordable cost per session at $150 per session for those that do not have insurance.
I am currently accepting telehealth appointments on the weekends.
